Highlander is a 1-on-1 Magic: The Gathering format sometimes described as “constructed cube“. By power level it falls somewhere between vintage and legacy.
A Highlander deck consists of a minimum of 100 cards. Highlander is a singleton format, meaning aside from basic lands each card is only allowed once. For more information, check out the rules section.
The banlist is maintained by an international group known as the Highlander council. Potential banlist changes are announced twice a year.
